What did we deliver and count?
Outputs are what we deliver and count directly: enrollments, lesson completions, cohorts run, portfolios published. The live dashboard on this page reports outputs straight from the platform database.

Outcomes
What changed for a learner?
Outcomes are changes in the lives of learners: employment, income, further study, work shipped for real clients. We collect these through graduate follow-up and the stories below, and we only publish what a named graduate has told us directly.

Long-term impact
What will take years to prove?
Long-term impact, such as economic uplift for families and communities, is our goal but takes years to evidence. We do not claim it until follow-up data supports it.
Strong impact reporting is not about making every number sound bigger. It is about making the source, definition, and limit of every claim easy to see.

Where others see scattered tasks, I see patterns waiting to be organized. Through TEKI-SL I can now boast of solving complex ICT problems within my administrative domain to shape policy in Sierra Leone.
