Outputs
Outputs are what we deliver and count directly: enrollments, lesson completions, cohorts run, portfolios published. The live dashboard on this page reports outputs straight from the platform database.

Two kinds of evidence on this page: live numbers straight from our learning platform, and cumulative programme records from three years of training Sierra Leonean youth. Each is labelled so you always know what you are reading.
Live platform data
These figures are computed from the learning platform when you load this page. They are outputs: activity we can count directly.

TeKi-SL programme records, 2023 to 2025
Cumulative count of Sierra Leonean youths who completed training or structured mentorship with TeKi-SL since 2023, across in-person cohorts, community programmes, and this platform.

How we measure
A number is only useful if you know what it counts. Here is the line we draw.

Outcomes are changes in the lives of learners: employment, income, further study, work shipped for real clients. We collect these through graduate follow-up and the stories below, and we only publish what a named graduate has told us directly.
Long-term impact, such as economic uplift for families and communities, is our goal but takes years to evidence. We do not claim it until follow-up data supports it.
The journey
A learner joins with curiosity and a phone or shared laptop. Tuition-free foundations remove the first barrier: cost.
Weeks of structured lessons, projects, and mentorship. Progress is tracked on the platform and reviewed by real people.
Graduates leave with portfolio work, a certificate, and a community. Many return as mentors for the next cohort.
Programme records
Real people from our records who chose to share their photos and stories. No stock photos.
